  1. Who we are. BaristaLabs Shop (shop.baristalabs.io) is operated by BaristaLabs LLC ("we", "us"), [ADDRESS]. BaristaLabs LLC is the seller of record for every order placed on this site: your contract of sale is with BaristaLabs LLC, and charges are made by BaristaLabs LLC. Contact: support@baristalabs.io.
  2. What we sell. BaristaLabs apparel in a small set of fixed designs. Each item is printed on demand by our production partner (Printify and its print providers) after you pay, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed item, and print placement can vary by about half an inch.
  3. Our designs. The designs, artwork, names, and site are owned by BaristaLabs LLC or used with permission. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt, not the right to reproduce the design. Please don't copy, resell, or print the artwork yourself. Some artwork was created with the help of AI image tools and then selected and edited by us.
  4. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are set by us at checkout; any price shown elsewhere is not binding. We may correct an obvious pricing error and cancel an affected order with a full refund. Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of BaristaLabs LLC; we never see your full card number. Your card statement shows BARISTALAB* SHOP. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
  5. Orders. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund), for example if we suspect fraud or a design can't be produced. You'll get an email confirming your order.
  6. Shipping. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and aren't guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order, except where the law says otherwise.
  7. Returns. Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll reprint or refund defective, damaged, or wrong items. See the Returns & Remakes Policy, which is part of these Terms.
  8. Abuse prevention. We limit checkout attempts to protect the shop from fraud and automated abuse. Don't try to get around these limits.
  9. Disclaimers and liability. Products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
  10. Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. [Arbitration / venue / class-action waiver: counsel to decide.]
  11. Changes. We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
